Putting a Foot Right!!!

If you suffer from cracked heels or need a good detox but don't have a bath here's some handy tips in 5 easy steps!

Things You'll Need:

Foot basin Epsom salt Pumice stone Towel Moisturizer Thick socks

1. Use a pumice stone to remove any dry skin on each foot.

2. Place feet in a basin/tub with enough water to cover your feet. Add some Epsom salt and soak for approximately 10 minutes.

**Repeat twice!**

3. Remove feet from tub and dry off with a towel.

4. Rub olive oil or coconut oil into the heel to act as a moisturiser.

5. Put on thick socks to keep in the moisture and prevent slipping!!
