The festive season is a stressful time for most people, but if you are a chronic worrier, or someone who suffers regularly from anxiety, read on!

Epsom Salt, or Magnesium Sulphate, is absorbed by the body trans-dermally (through the skin) when soaking in a bath. Once in our system the magnesium ions break away and begin to promote the production of serotonin, while decreasing the negative effects of adrenaline (a hormone produced as a result of stress/anxiety).
